Green Smoothie


Ingredients: 

2 leaves of kale 
Handful of spinach 
1 banana
1 slide of fresh mango 
1 kiwi 
1 cup of water 
 2 tsbp of plain greek yogurt

What to do: 
Blend everything together except for yogurt and mango. Put the yogurt in a jar then pour in the smoothie and put mango in. Some nuts if you want to.
