Vegan Pancake




Ingredients: 

1 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder 
1 tsp of olive oil
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/4 cup of water 
1/4 of kosher salt 

What to do: 

Mix all ingredients together and hit up medium pan with little bit of oil. Wait until it turn brown then you're done!

Vegan Tofu Noodles




Ingredients: 

Whole wheat noodles
1 square fresh tofu 
Green Beans 
Broccoli 
Fried shallot 
Green onion 
Buitoni 
2 tsbp Olive oil

What to do: 

Start to boil the noodles and broccoli and green breans in separate pot. while waiting for noodles and veggies heating up olive oil in medium pan. When it's hot put in onion and fried shallot for around 2 minutes until the onion turn brown then put in the tofu, fried until brown. Drain the noodles and dump it in the pan. Use 2 tsbp of buitoni stir it with the noodles. Last step is put alll the veggies in and stir!  Some garlic powder and ground pepper is fine..little salt if you want. DONE!

Lazy Dinner

1 slide of bread, I cut into half one side was banana (half) and one side of strawberries with some peanut butter. The rest I filled with mango, grapes, and strawberries. 
After cardio recovery I had a protein shake. 

1 banana
5-6 cubes of pineapple 
Little bit almond coconut milk 
Water 
1 scoop of Lean Dessert protein powder

Healthy Rolls Dinner

Ingredients: 

2 sheet of rice paper
Spinach
Basil
Cucumber 
Chicken (grilled)
Fried shallot 

What to do:

Grilled chicken. Squeeze little lime over the chicken after you grilled. Wet the rice paper with hot water. Put everything in and roll it up. You can eat with any sauce you like, my aunt made the sauce so I don't have the ingredient for it, sorry. 

Enjoy your dinner!

Green Smoothie


Ingredients: 

2 leaves of kale 
Handful of spinach 
1 banana
1 slide of fresh mango 
1 kiwi 
1 cup of water 
 2 tsbp of plain greek yogurt

What to do: 
Blend everything together except for yogurt and mango. Put the yogurt in a jar then pour in the smoothie and put mango in. Some nuts if you want to. 


Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients: 

2 egss ( 1 yolk only )
2 slides of whole wheat bread 
Spinach 
Slide of tomato 
Chicken breast (grilled) 

What to do: 
Beat the eggs in a bowl, put 2 slide of the bread in, make sure the egg are cover both sides of the bread. Put the chicken, spinach, and tomato on and grilled it until the bread crispy.
